 Miss LASU is a culture in the Lagos State University, it’s been held every year, and you get to see the hottest and most beautiful girls aiming for the acquisition of the position. LASU Vice Chancellor Drama

    The current Lagos State University Vice Chancellor, Prof John Obafunwa completes his tenure of administration in the school this very month of October, it has been one wavy tenure because the school went through some crisis which includes the Lecturers’ and Students’ strike, lasting for about four months, which came up with the VC telling the Press he has paid the Teaching And Non-teaching staff’s salary whereas he hasn’t, then, it was one bad semester for the students.
   Furthermore, as at the period when the strike was on, lecturers blocked all entrance to the school just to prevent the VC from entering the school, to that extent He (Obafunwa) was stoned with Sachets of water, though the student made fun of that saying it was his birthday that was why he got ‘water-stoned’, LOL, student should know what they do on a person’s birthday. Lecturers made a countdown awareness to the election of the Vice Chancellor right in front of the school gate, just to make people aware of how bad the ‘almost ended’ administration is.
   More so, application form to the VC post has been sold out to different people who think they have what it takes to be the next school Vice Chancellor, though requirements are to be taken serious in this case. Who Will It Be? Lagos State University anticipates, he (the unknown VC) should know that for him to have a successful administration, he must fulfill the demands of the students, teaching and non-teaching staff of the school.
